Domoserve Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Domoserve.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 20 days from the date of receipt.
  • You may return your item in-store or at a designated drop-off location. (Mail returns are not accepted at this time.)
  • No restocking fee is charged for returns or exchanges.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately to arrange a free replacement or exchange.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of the return. Once received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.

Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Please note: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
